Returns Policy

 Damaged products

Contact Flickerandfalir@gmail.com for replacement instructions.  Send pictures of damage and full description of damages. We will send out a new product as soon and possible. This can be affected by product and shipping availability.
Bath Products

All Sales are Final.  Due to possibility of tampering, these products cannot be returned.  We make every effort to create products that you will absolutely love!  We will not send out an inferior product.

 Returns for Accessories

If an accessory does not suit your needs and you need to return the product contact flickerandflair@gmail.com for return options.  A restocking fee may apply.  The item must return in perfect condition, and able to be resold.  Item, Original Packaging, related paperwork must be returned undamaged.  The customer will be responsible for shipping and return packaging.

 Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States & Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Shipping any candle to places that are above 80 degrees Fahrenheit in ambient temperatures causes melting problems. Extra Charges may apply to attempt to ensure that the candles arrive without damage. Flicker & Flair LLC is not responsible for damages due to melting. Please use your discretion when ordering delicate items.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items Flicker & Flair sells are size and weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Multiple shipments may be used for larger orders
